Cath Lab Symposium

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

This program is comprised of selected lectures designed to solidify basic concepts necessary to understand the diagnostic evaluation and interventional treatment of cardiovascular disorders. There will be two sessions of case presentations with panel discussion. By using real cases, we will illustrate unusual pathology in both peripheral and coronary disease, new interventional devices, complications and controversies in management. These sessions have been well liked by attendees to our previous courses.

Cardiovascular interventional case presentations alternating with lectures will contribute to the fund of knowledge of Cath Lab nurses, CV and Radiology Techs, ARNPs and PAs, and anyone else involved in the care of these patients. We feel confident that when attendees return to work after this course, their job will appear a little different because they will see and recognize more in every case. They will understand the medical maxim "You See Only What You Look For, You Recognize Only What You Know"
